Golden Point out Warriors guard Gary Payton II is hunting to stay away from damage following fracturing his elbow in Activity 2 of the Western Meeting semifinals from the Memphis Grizzlies. During a crew observe Tuesday, Payton was hit in the head by a stray basketball.

Payton returned to the playoffs in the Warriors’ Match 2 gain around the Celtics. Steph Curry praised him in the course of a push conference Tuesday, calling Payton an “remarkable change-maker.”
