Tee time contract approved separating executive trail fees from priority golf memberships
A tee time products and services deal has been approved by the Project Broad Advisory Committee separating govt path fees from priority golfing memberships.
PWAC, which oversees amenities south of County Street 466 in The Villages, unanimously accredited the deal Monday morning at its meeting at SeaBreeze Recreation Centre.
PWAC moved ahead with the settlement with the Developer days soon after the Amenity Authority Committee, which oversees features north of County Highway 466, voted 3-2 to table it.
“The agreement is challenging. The AAC will make its have determination,” explained PWAC Chairman Don Wiley.
One particular of the factors driving PWAC’s determination was the tailored software essential for the distinctive instances with golfing in The Villages. The championship courses in The Villages are owned by the Developer. The executive programs are supported by amenity fees and owned by the inhabitants.
Residents want one seamless method to guide tee instances.
The Villages Know-how Methods Team, operated by the Developer, is the extended-time operator of the tee time program web site.
