NEW DELHI: Indian men’s boxing group Superior Performance Director Santiago Nieva has stepped down from his job just after serving for 5 several years, the national federation mentioned on Saturday.
Nieva, who took demand of the national staff in 2017, will just take up the position of the Australian nationwide boxing workforce head coach.
Nieva’s five-year stint experienced seen some impressive achievements such as the best-ever participation at the Tokyo Olympics and historic two medals in the 2019 Men’s World Championships.
“Indian boxing has benefited immensely with Santiago’s presence.
